雙方認為，時間因素至關重要。本協議的訂立地為美國佛羅里達州，應受佛羅里達州法律的管轄。本協議作為雙方的完整協議，只能由受到強制執行的一方通過書面簽署的文件加以變更。本協議應有兩份（或以上）的正本，由協議雙方簽署。各段落標題詞的使用僅是為了方便，不能擴大或限制本協議條款的範圍與實質內容。本協議中任何一處使用的複數當然包括單數，反之亦然；本協議中任何一處使用的代名詞應當根據文本需要確定其性別，即男性、女性或者中性。在與本協議有關的訴訟、仲裁或者調解中，勝訴的一方有權要求對方為其支付一切相關而合理的律師費用，包括（但不限於）行使請求權的費用。涉及本協議的一切訴訟應由佛羅里達州派尼拉思郡法院管轄。經一方書面同意，另一方可將本協議轉讓或委託給第三方。
